  • Complaint procedures: We value learners’ feedback and are committed to fair and transparent processes. See more information about out complaints and feedback process here.
  • Learners Feedback: We regularly gather feedback via pre- and post-course surveys to improve the learning experiences.
  • Quality Assurance Involvement: A learner representative sits on our Quality Assurance committee ensuring learners are part of the decision-making.

  • Email updates with course information, IDS and Deaf community news such as electronic newsletters (e-info).
  • Social media: IDS have Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter)
