Description

The Irish Deaf Society is seeking a part-time Administrator/ Data Entry to assist for six months in a role that could lead to a long term position for the right candidate.

Your Role

As an administrator you will be supporting and working closely with management to capture data and prepare reports using excel and co-ordinate information requirements. You will deal with internal and external queries and handle information requests.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have a positive attitude with excellent attention to detail, be a self-starter, adaptable, capable and have the ability to work in a busy office environment.

Strong organisation skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines will be an advantage. IT and Data entry skills are integral and proficiency in Excel is essential.

You must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar working environment.

Candidates must be available immediate to start.  Start date to be confirmed.

Working Hours

Monday to Wednesday, 9am-5pm with flexibility to work overtime required. Located on the Navan Road, Cabra, Dublin 7 with great transport access. Rate of Pay €10.80 per hour.
