Healthy Vegan Cooking

Vegan cooking explores how to cook and eat in a nutritionally balanced way while maintaining a vegan diet.

This course will look at the difference between a vegan diet and other common diets such as vegetarian and plant-based.

The foundational pillars of vegan nutrition will be examined and learners will learn to identify the key nutrients that they might be missing.

You’ll learn about how to navigate common vegan cooking mishaps, stock your kitchen with recommended store cupboard staples and discover new favourite recipes to enjoy and share with friends and family.
