Students will:

• Continue the art of drawing with Pencil
• Communicate basic ideas using marks
• Draw a variety of subjects from observation, to include manufactured and natural objects and lifeforms
• Complete drawing exercises including recording positive and negative spaces and shapes, scaling up and down, using view-finders and axes to explore placement on a page, examining tone
